Telecoms software provider PiPcall appoints former Orange VP Duncan Ward as new CEO

Telecom software solutions provider PiPcall has appointed former Orange senior VP Duncan Ward, as its new CEO.

Ward joins PiPcall from cloud telephony provider Enreach where he was CEO ND takes over from PiPcall founder Simon Hochhauser who becomes executive chairman.

Ward has more than 30 years of experience in telecoms and will work on growing sales of PiPcall’s unified comms product, Mobile+ with recently joined marketing director Chris Benchley.

Ward said: “My goal is for Mobile+ to become the go-to mobile product for large and small-to-medium-sized enterprises. We’ll be enhancing communication, and product quality and attracting talented individuals to join PiPcall’s team”.
