Customers can upgrade anytime after 12 months for no extra fee

Vodafone has announced an incentive that means iPhone customers can upgrade early each year at no extra cost.

It comes as part of the operator’s Annual Promise Upgrade that sets out to offer its customers the chance to have the latest iPhone each year.

This means Customers can buy the iPhone 11 or SE on a 24-month plan and trade-in this handset anytime after 12 months for the latest iPhone.

This offer is valid from today (August 24) and can be applied to some of Vodafone’s summer data deals.

One of those deals is the iPhone SE with 48GB data (was 24GB) for £39 per month with an upfront fee of £19.

Vodafone UK consumer director Max Taylor said: “Our Annual Upgrade promise lets our customers have the latest iPhone every year without prohibitive upgrade fees.”

Vodafone also offers AppleCare services as standard for its customers that buy Vodafone insurance for any Apple handset.
