The service is also available on British Airways, Emirates Airlines and Virgin Atlantic flights

Passengers travelling on Air Serbia flights can now text, call and browse the internet on their handsets using AeroMobile’s service.

Those connecting to the mobile service provided by AeroMobile, a UK mobile service provider for the aviation industry, will be charged international roaming rates by their home provider. The service is available to all passengers, regardless of which class they’re flying in. Customers of all four major UK networks will be able to use the inflight service, which is currently installed on over 10 Air Serbia aircrafts.

AeroMobile CEO Kevin Rogers said: “We are delighted to be bringing AeroMobile connectivity to the Air Serbia fleet. Passengers are increasingly keen to use their mobile phones inflight and we’re pleased Air Serbia has recognised the value of offering this service.”

Since launching in 2008, AeroMobile has made over 320 roaming agreements in more than 140 countries. Its services are currently available on Aer Lingus, Air France, Alitalia, Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airlines, EVA Air, KLM, Lufthansa, Malindo Air and Qatar Airways, SAS, Singapore Airlines, Transaero and Virgin Atlantic flights. In June 2015, over 570 daily flights to over 230 destinations were using the AeroMobile service.
