All workers will be supplied with protective face masks, says Orange

While none of the four major UK operators are yet to reopen stores, Orange has gradually began reopening stores in France following the coronavirus lockdown.

As of May 11, 176 Orange stores (30 pc of stores) have been reopened in major French cities.

The operator is aiming to open almost all stores by the end of the month.

An appointment-based booking system has been implemented to limit the time spent in store for customers.

Customers can book an appointment online to get assistance with a number of issues.

Some of these include buying a new phone, changing plan offer, getting a new SIM card and switching to fibre.

Orange France has confirmed all staff members will be equipped with protective masks, while hand sanitiser is available.

There is also signage present for social distancing measures to be observed.
