EE

At EE, the iPhone 7 will be available from £50.99 per month with an upfront cost of £49.99 on the 5GB 4GEE Plan.

Its larger sibling will cost £55.99 per month with an upfront cost of £79.99 on the same tariff with 10GB of data.

Additionally, both devices will be available on selected 4GEE Max plans, which include a free upgrade to the latest iPhone every year when they trade in their existing handset.

These plans start from £65.99 per month and include 25GB of data, inclusive BT Sport and the ability to use the customers’ allowance in the EU at no extra cost.

Lastly, customers can trade in their current handset to put towards the upfront cost of one of the new devices with EE Recycle and Reward.

If existing customers are in the last 45 days of their plan, they can upgrade for free. They can also hand their current phone to a friend or family member and add a 4GEE SIM to an existing plan from £8 per month on a year-long contract, enabling them access to the shared data allowance as well as unlimited UK calls and texts.

O2

Both the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are being made available on O2’s Refresh tariffs.

The former is available from £45 per month with an upfront charge of £179, while the later costs £50 per month and £189.99 upfront. Both are available with unlimited minutes, texts and 5GB of data.

This year, O2 is offering customers a range of benefits, including a ‘Yearly Upgrade Programme, free EU roaming, up to 50GB of data and free music streaming.

The upgrade programme offers customers the opportunity to trade in their old phone after 12 months and move to a new one, without having to pay to end their Refresh phone plan.

Customers buying either iPhone on the tariff pay for their airtime and phone plans separately, meaning that in a year’s time the customer will have already paid off a percentage of the phone.

O2 will waive the remainder of the cost of the phone when customers trade in their old handset – leaving them free to upgrade immediately.

Customers taking a Refresh tariff with at least 5GB of data will receive O2 Travel free in the EU. This service usually offers customers 120 minutes, 120 texts and unlimited data for £1.99 a day.

For those taking out tariffs with 30GB or more, they will be able to use SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes and Deezer to stream music without eating into their data allowance.

Finally, O2 is offering up to £400 for anyone choosing to hand in the iPhone 6s Plus through O2 Recycle, and up to £370 for the iPhone 6s.
