The collaboration comes as the coronavirus crisis sweeps Britain

Accessories distributor Juice has partnered with TMT First to support hospitalised coronavirus patients with technology.

The partnership sees TMT First providing patients with refurbished tablets, while Juice are supplying a Juice powerbank.

Juice has said that it will provide a powerbank for each tablet that is sent out by authorised Samsung repairer TMT First.

Juice CEO and founder Jolyon Bennett said: “Individuals and businesses alike are facing unprecedented challenges and increased uncertainty as a result of the current COVID-19 crisis, and for some the impact is likely to be more significant.

“We really hope that the tablets and power banks will keep patients connected and online so that they can stay in regular contact with their family and friends throughout their stay in hospital.”

Juice were originally founded as Gusto Telecom in 2010, before rebranding to Juice last year.

The accessories distributor has its products across a number of retailers including Sainsbury’s, Boots, Carphone Warehouse, Argos and Halfords.
