Plan.com expands to meet demand

As partner numbers reach 140 in just six months, firm grows office space to 3,330 square feet, with plans to increase staff numbers from 33 to 40 by the end of the year

Plan.com has begun a major recruitment drive to keep up with demand for its airtime reseller offering.

The Isle of Man-based firm, launched in May on the O2 network, provides resellers with the ability to build bespoke tariffs for customers using a secure online portal.

The firm’s co-founder Keith Curran told Mobile News partner numbers have reached close to 140 in just six months. Such is the take up, the firm has this month been forced to expand its current office size to  3,300 square feet – taking over an adjoining office – and has plans to increase staff numbers from 33 to 40 by the end of the year to ensure quality of service isn’t affected.

Curran, who says more “significant” partner deals are close to being announced,  revealed he is currently seeking business development managers (BDMs) and internal sales managers (ISMs).

“Six months in to our launch, we have already signed up over 130 dealers and are watching this grow impressively month on month,” said Curran. “We have some big announcements lined up over the next few months as we continue to expand on our portal system and push the partner experience to the next level.”
