Judicial hearing over 5G health claims postponed to February 6

December 13 Judicial review hearing delayed due to barrister Michael Mansfield injury 

A High Court Judicial Review hearing about claimed health dangers of 5G has been rescheduled to take place on February 6.

The hearing was to have been held on December 13 but was postponed when barrister Michael Mansfield had to attend hospital for an unspecified injury.

The case has been brought against the Government by a pressure group called Action Against 5G which alleges that:

Members of the public, including particularly vulnerable individuals, and children, are being exposed without having consented to or agreed to expose themselves to that risk; and without an adequate and proper consideration undertaken by the relevant safeguarding authorities of the creation of those man-made public health risks.on the rollout of 5G 

Michael Mansfield: December 13 hearing was postponed after he suffered an unspecified injury

The Defendants are Secretaries of State for Health and Social Care, Environment, and Digital Culture Media and Sport.

Three years ago the Government was challenged in a Letter Before Claim that it had not considered the claimed risks of 5G to human health.
